Are there going to be different levels of security rights?

How will you want your clients numbered? Numerical, alpha, or mixed Ids? How many decimal places?
Do you have accounts receivable balances to enter?
Do you have work in process (unbilled fee/cost/payment entries) to bring in?

Will more than one person be logging in at the same time?
How many Timekeepers will be tracking fees?
Do you send out task based bills or electronic bills?
